To the most amazing Kaiser of Austria,
As Fellow Catholics we feel it would be in the best interests to become close friends to create a more Catholic Europe.
Yours truly,

The Austrian Kaiser was tending to his rose garden within the grounds of the Schönbrunn Palace. An adjutant presented him with the message that Count Jean Anthony had handed over to the Austrian ambassador in Brussels
"What is this?", the Kaiser asked as he stood. The aid announced that it was a message from the Austrian ambassador in Brussels, however, before he could finish, the Kaiser grabbed his arm and said "shhhh... shhhh...shh, you will scare the little bumble bees in my rose garden. Now, no more talking"
............
The message was instead taken to Karl-Francis, who soon dispatched a reply to Brussels.
"Austria welcomes the suggestion that both nations improve their relations, however, gone are the days of the Thirty Years war, in which my nation suffered much. The sovereign nations of Europe may choose the faith that, whether Catholic or Protestant, they follow. We are happy to provide a German tutor for the son of the Belgian king, and as we speak lecturers from the fine Universities of Austria are being searched for a tutor worthy of the Belgian kings son"

The King himself replies
We understand your worries and do not wish to have alarmed our great Catholic allies, I myself wonder what brought Jean to write these things (its probably the rum), I do send my regards to the great Kaiser and wish to visit the Opera in Vienna at some point. We thank Austria for providing German tutorage to the Duke of Brabant and send three barrels of the finest trappest beers Belgium has to offer as thanks.
Yours Truly,
Leopold, King of the Belgians

The Empire of Austria is very grateful, and we thank the King of Belgium for his splendid grifts. Though I myself do not drink, these barrels shall be presented to his Imperial majesty, Emperor of Austria and King of Hungary, Ferdinand I. On another note, his majesty, the King of Belgium, Leopold, is of course, welcome to visit the Imperial capital whenever he chooses
Kindest Regards,
The Archduke Karl-Francis
